"Airbnb cleanings have to be very prompt to ensure guests can check in on time. My scheduled cleaning began over two hours late, which preventing me from having the time to do fresh towels and finishing touches myself. They did make up for it by washing the towels and not charging me for the extra linens, which I really appreciated."
