"Wolfgang was wonderful when he came to pick up my stalled car. Knowledgeable and professional but also calm, approachable and reassuring in a very stressful situation. He carefully explained everything he was going to do and followed up to let me know when the car was delivered to the mechanic. I have found a new towing service (tho I hope I don't have to us..." "I had called 2 places before, one I had to wait 2-3 hours, the next one the line was busy. Called Dedicated and they responded first call and the driver, Rob Hayes, arrived within 20 minutes of where I was at. This is how a tow service should be in my opinion.
