"Excellent customer service! Friendly and fair quote on two restoration projects. Both projects were completed as promised and the work was exceptional. They painted two pergolas which I know is not their typically scope of work but they cheerfully accepted the projects and I would hire them again in a heart beat!"

Then after the heavy rained in 2018 winter, we found cracks on the balcony's paint and other problems.However, the contract said 12 months warranty and we were afraid they may ignore our complaint. "Returning to El Gato many years after they painted our now rental house. Friendly, honest estimate on mom's house and quality work. They even did extra (I was trying to save $ and do some of the work myself), since they had some paint left over. Replaced some rotten wood too. Wow. Now for the interior work."
