"They have really lost a lot if business due to incorrect orders and lack of caring in maintaining customers....waited 90 minutes for my order only to end up with something I didn't request. The staff was mad at me! Won't be going back after being a customer for a long time. Not worth it...to many other business to choose from."

"I never wrote a review on yelp before but I feel sick after eating the rubbery pizza and the soggy buffalo Wings and this place does not deserve 4 stars.. Boyfriend and I were desperate and lazy so we decided to give this place a try. Never will we be that desperate again. It really sucks that there are no good pizza places that delivers in boxborough."

"I ate there once about 7 years ago, and the sub I had then was fantastic. Fast forward to moving here about 2 years ago, and the food now is nothing but disappointing. "Woman on the phone asked me to repeat every bit of information I gave her at least 3x times, and continued to interrupt me while I was speaking. After spending at least 7 or 8 minutes getting my order, they still delivered the wrong order to me. Chicken tasted like frozen reheated chicken breast. Pizza was eh, but soggy. Other better places out there."

"Ordered through Slice earlier tonight. Delivery was early, but opened pizza to a missing piece. Contacted Slice to let them know the issue and they reached out to the restaurant. They said the restaurant claimed to have cut the pizza wrong (7slices). I provided a picture and Slice reached back out to the restaurant. The restaurant denied any responsibility...." Read more
