"Had an issue with a laptop power adapter. Direct Cell had the required 90W power adapter in stock. The shop was close by, very clean, bright and well-stocked. The technician was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He suggested that this adapter would work, but looked to see if he had a lower-powered (65W) adapter, as the 90W is more power than required."
