"Ordered directly from the shop as I’ve bad experience with their website which was not user friendly at all. Unfortunately their food just cannot make it. Everything was too sweet - the pizza, golden roasted drummets and onion rings. If I want to eat to something sweet I will get a dessert! Too heavy handed with the sugar."

"Very poor service, disgusting service. Ordered pizza at 5:45PM, expected delivery time was 6:17 PM. After an hour the order is still processing, then I called customer care. Customer care told it will take another hour to deliver. Two hour for pizza delivery! Even a third class shop can do better than that. Worst service ever"

"Waited 2 hours from ordering and still not in the kitchen. Called the help center was put on hold for 30minutes. Now 3 hours later still no contact or pizza. We can't even cancel our order. Will never order from Domino's again. So disappointed."

"I wait delivery for ~2 hrs still not recieve. After I called, they told me have to wait another 1.5hrs more.... If I need to cancel, I have to liaise myself with foodpanda. Else I need to wait 7 days for the refund. Not recommend order from here, poor management."

"Super ultra horrible delivery handling. I ordered pizza at 10.55am expecting the food to come at 12.10pm. 12pm I called to verify and tell me I need to wait for another 45 mins to 1 hour for the food to come! Either cannot handle the orders or bad outlet management or forgot my order / did not see my order and cannot handle!"
