"Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Not delivered. Cannot connect. Waiting on phone for 30 minutes. Cannot cancel. Ironically the wait message is about 30 minutes delivery policy. Worst service. --- Now waiting for 2.5 hours. I was told that it will be delivered in 20 minutes. But it was 30 minutes ago. Still no update. In the kitchen."

"Terrible service. Constantly busy and experiencing delays, not even taking phone orders right now and you can only order through their website which is an absolute joke to use. Branch is constantly displayed as stop order due to large volumes even when I wanted a delivery half a day in advance."
