"delivery arrived 30mins late, delivery guy didnt issue receipt. Also, specific ingredients (veggies) were specified to be replaced but realised that they did not replace the veggies. Had to pick them out by hand, my loss zzzz. c'mon dominos jurong ..."

"Service is bad. Last few months I've personally went down to order. They said they were "busy" so must wait for a few hours to order. But I've only see them using their phone. Today I've tried ordering through GrabFood but I believe they must be also very "busy"."

"I am a regular customer. This round was very disappointed on their service. Promotion u will get a bottle of coke when u choose to take away . Not only I don't get it the pizza delay for more than 15min on the actual time collection. I will never order again and highly not recommended.Try Rite pizza instead their service is so much better."

"Came for takeaway order. Supposed to collect at 7.15pm. Reached at 7.20 was informed rudely that I needed to wait an hour more. Then guy proceeded to spew vulgarities while working. Don't think they can handle the volume of orders on sunday night. Honestly don't think the guys working here are treated right or anything along those lines"
