"No choice but to give 1 star. Paid for pizza and asked to pick up an hour later. When we went to pick up, the food is not prepared yet (will take another 30 min). We accepted the refund, no choice - but it is still not delivering on promises, which is fundamental to doing business."

"They lie about EVERYTHING. Bad, misleading website, and complete BS policy about a guaranteed half hour delivery. It's been an hour since I ordered and the status is still 'processing'. Customer service tells me the store 'declared' delays but that info is nowhere to be found. Not sure who the f they declared it to."
