"worst pizza place ever. ordered exactly 3 hours ago for pizza to come in 2 hours but still not here. horrendous and outrageous. please do not accept orders if you can’t fulfill them? not sure if i’m going to get my pizzas before i sleep."

"Do not patronise this outlet at all cost. Ordered online at 5pm. Pick up supposed to be at 6.15pm. Was updated at 7pm that order is in the oven and it will be ready at 7.20pm. It is 7.55pm now and the staff said to wait for another hour. What the heck?!? How is it possible that it takes 4 hours to process an order??"

"You need to fire your customer service staff for their incompetence. On hold for 10 minutes. Want to change a particular order but nobody even pick up the call. By the time you pick up and that is if and when you pick up, the order would have been completed right?"

"If there was a lower rating I would have given that. Waited for my pizza for 4 hours today and spent more than 30 mins on the phone with customer support to check on the status. If you cannot fulfil orders please don't accept them. This is extremely poor service - leaving families with prepaid orders hungry and without an update."

"Slow service, pizza did not deliver, had to personally come and get the pizza myself. Couldn’t even refund the delivery fee ($4.50), the best they could do is to give me a pathetic cinnamon stick. If you cannot keep up with the order, might as well turn off delivery. Customer hotline is also unsurprisingly pathetic, was on the line for a good 30 mins"
