"Worst shop for delivery order on pick time. No guarantee on when you will get your pizza. Frustrating sometimes when you are waiting for pizza for 1.5 hrs and you dont get any update from grab food or dominos or branch."

"Normally going down to the actual outlet, when customers just set foot into the shop, they will be told that the waiting time for any pizza size will be an hour to 1.5 hours of waiting time which is so long. "Service is quite poor as compared to many others in Singapore. Employees are very loud and often swear and use profanity in the kitchen. Food takes a Long time to come, most of all the pizza is not that great. Sometimes I get a strange taste from the pizza as if it is old."
