"How come a restaurant automatically confirms the orders and then closes the store in foodpanda right after submitting our order?? Worse thing is you cannot even approach Dominos call center or foodpanda helpdesk to check on the status!! Better you be mindful on how you properly serve!"

"Worst customer service ever. I ordered a small piece of pizza via Foodpanda and it took more than an hour to reach to my house when it’s just nearby. I received the text of getting a free pizza from them the next day, but when I tried to order it, it stated that I have to pay at least $15 in order to place an order."

"Please don’t. Get Alt, Pizza Hut, make your own. Really, anywhere but Dominos. Ordered on Grab, promised delivery within 45mins. An hour later, did not show up, did not update Grab app. Called them, put me on hold for 8 mins, just to tell me it might take ANOTHER HOUR - total 1.5 hours for one, single small 9” pizza.
