"Three hours plus waited for my dinner to come, people. Ordered at 7:12 pm and it came 10:48 pm. The foods are cold too. Called their helpline and all of them are busy and the call is on hold for half an hour. Totally unacceptable. Poor management of the shop."

"Disappointed by the Unreliable service. Placed a takeaway order at 5pm for a collection at 9.15pm. At 9.40pm, they still said the order would need another 40 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer due to my appointments and had to leave empty handed. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you have a backup plan should they fail to fulfill you..."
