"9/8: Understand that it is a PH, ordered their pizzas at 5.30pm. Order ready in store at 10.51pm and order completion at 11.14pm. But did not receive the order at all, have sent in an request for full refund. Hotline could not get through at all today. No option to cancel and no update of the delay. Would strongly advise against ordering from this store."
