"Wanted the new truffle stuff i saw on an online menu. Didnt know it was online order only. Told wife, who was passing by, to get it for me. They simply rejected her request, stating it was online pickup only. So she left I could've ordered online and got her to wait? Or you could've rung up a similar priced pizza and made a customer happy. Oh well. Kthxbye"

"Ask to wait outside of the shop, but never informed to collect or never called up for the receipt number to notify customer, and just leave the pizza on the shelf until customer to take the initiative to go in to the shop and ask about the order for waiting nearly 30mins out side the shop, should improve on this.."
