"ਅਸੀਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ (ਪੰਜਾਬ) ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਆਏ ਸੀ । ਵਿਆਹ ਦੇ 10 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਔਲਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਸੀ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੌਂਸਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਈ.ਵੀ.ਐਫ (IVF) ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਾਈ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਾਫ-ਸਫਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਹਨ ਸਾਡਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਇੱਥੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ"

"ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਆਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਸੀ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਚੱਜਾ ਹੈ। ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਡਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸੁਖਾਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਸਦਕਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਝੋਲੀ ਭਰ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ।"
