"We had a very serious situation in which water came two stories down to the lobby. As soon as I was made aware I called Tomas and within 1 hour he was at our condo, taking care of the problem and was able to bring 18 fans to address the situation. Absolute best in the business. "They installed a tarp on the roof because it was leaking after the hurricane. Last night it was leaking again in the bedroom. I called them to fix it. They came out and discovered a hole in the roof where a vent used to be They did a good job in covering it up. They were very helpful and courteous."
