"We asked to have the upper story stuccoed and the facia board replaced and we're told they are too busy and the job is not big enough for them to do. Sadly this has been the pattern with Angie's List contractors. We have been trying for weeks to get bids and are told the job is too small or too large."

"What was most bothersome was that he did not listen to what I wanted. He attempted to draw an island in my existing kitchen, when I wanted walls removed and a large island put in with plumbing going to it. He finally drew it correctly, but listening is the most important thing when doing a major remodelin project."

"A gentleman came over and gave me a lot of ideas. He spent about thirty minutes in my home and was able to provide me with a rough estimate initially. He later called be back with an actual quote and the cost was a higher amount than I was willing to spend at time. I never received the plans for the work as well."
