"The whole process of getting my hearing aids was so smooth. From the hearing test to the demo to getting my new hearing aids when mine came in. Dr. Hooks was so patient and explained things so well and answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I’m amazed at all the sounds I can hear that I haven’t heard in so long. I rate the experience an A+"
