"Nice venue but horrible for full capacity crowds like Hairball. There definitely need to be video screens of the stage and elevated seating. I was trapped near the front of the stage in a very intoxicating crowd and needless to say, I'm not going back."

"Epic Management and Kara Thiessen (Lard) were such a pain to work with. They hide behind the email address and are very unreasonable. They made me get the carpets cleaned and then charged me for new carpets because there were "rips and tears" in them after the fact. Awful human beings."

"Your parking is ridiculous. You have one sign in each lot saying cars can't be left overnight. Easily missed when you park next to a truck. Tried getting my car at 8 AM Sunday and it was already gone."

"If there was a negative five stars option, I would have chosen it. So disappointed with the management office!! I would not recommend any of my friends to do business with them. They did not keep their words with me at all. If you have to rent an apartment with them, make sure you have EVERYTHING in WRITING!!"

"Probably one of the worst event venues in this area. It's city run, enough said. Only one small entrance and exit, beer tickets (are you kidding), dirty porta potties off in a weird shady corner between two buildings, and despite being called "the lights" there are no lights near the biffies. "Beautiful outdoor venue, parking ramp easily accessible. Was hot day with no shade, even water bottles on table became undrinkable in short time. Would've been better to have multiple stations to grab out of cooler."

"What an awesome place for music! Beautiful outside facility. Went to the Snake Oil Band in the 100 degree heat. Beer and water were ice cold.Nice breeze during the music so it was enjoyable. Great band! People I visited with enjoyed the event. If you didn't go you missed out!"
