"I started attending stroller strides classes when my daughter was 3 months old. I am a first time mom and loved being able to connect with other moms and get advice. Everyone was super welcoming! The workouts were great because they could be easily modified to be more or less challenging. Perfect for all mamas!"

Joining a gym or any fitness classes has always been a challenge for me because I’d have to find care for my kids while I can go workout but FIT4MOM made it possible since they offer mommy and me classes."
