"When we moved to the Tampa area 5 years ago, I found FIT4MOM TB right away, and I am so grateful we did! We plugged right into an amazing group of mamas, playdates, and awesome workouts that were perfect for however I felt that day. My daughter loved it and made her first friends with F4M. "I am so thankful to have found FIT4MOM! After moving to a new state with a new baby, I was worried about making friends and staying active - this group was the perfect answer.
