"Tyler was awesome. Very personable and professional. The key fob I purchased from Amazon was defective. He tried everything to make it work but it came defective from the dealer. He was able to program a new one in just a few minutes when we found out the Amazon product wasn't going to work. I would advise people not to purchase key fobs from Amazon!"
