"Very good, in depth knowledge of your feet. Owen was very patient and explained to my dad in detail. He even showed live examples with my dad being the “model” on the difference between wearing a good pair of insoles vs the normal. We came out purchasing 2 pairs of sandals and 1 pair of insole.
