"Forma was the first clinic I went to. Dr Raj Kumar was extremely informative, professional and friendly. I started treatment there and then. As a child I had multiple uncomfortable, ugly braces and therefore never completed the treatment. The invisalign retainers are amazing. They are comfortable, practically invisible and removable. "I am extremely delighted with my whole Forma experience, Raj Kumar worked a miracle and now I have a smile I can dazzle with. The Invisalign is very easy to live with, and its great to see the results as you progress through the process. Dr Kumar is very friendly and gives great advice and explains everything very well.
