"I was totally surprised by the efficiency of GoEBITS when my laptop battery exploded. It was a holiday and they were open (I hope people got paid well!); I booked my appointment through the online Apple Genius Bar scheduler. They were speedy, gave me my options on pricing, and even threw in a bonus charger when mine died with the battery. A+ service!"
