"I was feeling really tight from exercising, desk sitting and shoveling a lot of snow. My wife mentioned they have warm stretching classes on Saturday morning so I decided to give it a try. It was an amazing class. My IT bands and my hips feel rejuvenated and a lot of the tightness is gone. The studio is new and clean. Over it was a great experience."
