"Makes promises and they do not follow thru. One excuse after another! Updated - After getting to Victoria and Karen, I found out the issue was communication from an employee. They remedied the situation quickly and to my satisfaction. Communication is key to good business practices, and I would work with them again should an opportunity arise."
