"I love how small/portable the timer is! The screen is a bit hard to see in the sun & the beeper is so quiet I can’t hear it if music is playing. Also which that the interval timer allowed you to not also have a rest period. Still enjoy it"

"I artificial taste is a little too strong for me, reminds me of all of the other powdered supplements in the market for health and fitness, ie. pre-workout, bcaa, and creatine. But the health benefits out weight the taste!"

"Great workouts with a range of modifications. Would love the ability to input weights/times achieved in order to track progress and utilize a leaderboard function. Also can't use the group support as I don't have access to Facebook."
