"I came with a very painfull middle and lower back pain. The phisyotherapist helped me recover and do the things I did before. For the first sesions, he did a physio massage to relax my back muscles and example of stretching and to do at home between sesions. towards the end of the sessions have me exercises to help me recover to my full strength."
