I'd consider getting a monthly treatment but the massage bed itself was very hard and the hole where my face went was surprisingly uncomfortable after more than a few minutes. I'm told some padding, or something, has been removed due to Covid? You need a solution for this."

"Nadine was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hands on treatment was excellent. I was incredibly tight in the neck and upper shoulders leading to limited movement, pain in those areas and lower in my shoulders, and painful headaches. After the treatment I felt looser and the pain had reduced. I have booked again and will be visiting the clinic regularly."

But I still have my discomfort on the spine area from the lumbar going down, I feel like I need 1 full session in that area alone 1 hour is just not enough for a thorough upper body massage.
