"I can't speak for the others in our group. I ordered shrimp Dijon and there was no seasoning. Very bland and dry. I ordered the sauteed perch and again no flavor. I started with a half dozen oysters and they were excellent. My other guests had steak or prime rib and said thiers were good. I like Heston and hope they improve in the kitchen next time."
