"Can't say enough good things about Westphalia. The people working are knowledgeable and always friendly. The meat is high quality. We started coming here when we lived in Hutto - we live in Manor now but still make the drive to come to Westphalia to get the butcher boxes every month. Highly recommended!!"

"I guess I'm going to go with a 3 right now. I went to a Butcher shop looking for a grass fed lean beef roast. They looked at me and were a bit confused about why I wanted it. They did have some good looking cuts available. I got two NY strips. Not bad"

"I have been coming to them for my ribs and steak needs for 6 months now. They are awesome. They are willing to make the cuts I need. I like tomahawk steaks and if they don't have them they will do a 3" cowboy cut on the spot. The prices are really good and I love they have all the woods I like to smoke with."
