"The pump (once I purchased my own corectly sized inserts) works great! My only complaint is that the flanges sent with the free pump are way too big for an average person. So them you have to buy the corrent inserts and shipping is expensive so the pump ends up costing the user about $35. BUT the pump is great and worth the investment."
