I was a little disappointed as there was a slight delay in obtaining material and asked if they could clear debris from adjacent roof valley while waiting and more than will to pay an up charge. After approving the quote (which was much more thorough than the 3 other companies we spoke to), he was able to schedule us much sooner than he had initially said.
