"We had dined at Isa in May of 2022 when we're in Portland. We enjoyed it so much that we returned earlier this month and were not disappointed. It's a small restaurant on the edge of downtown with excellent food and service with a diverse menu. The octopus appetizer is probably the best octopus we have ever had. We followed with a delicious Caesar salad. I h..." Read more

"Once again, trip advisor led us to another fabulous restaurant. We have been to Portland multiple times and to many other restaurants. This one is off the beaten path, and thankfully, our hotel had a shuttle that drove us and picked us up. We loved the ambience. Small, homey, and warm. We started with a caeser salad which was excellent. Then, the crab lingui..." Read more

"Dinner at Isa Bistro is a delicious experience. The peach crostini and farm salad, were a great start to our evening. Their meatballs are classic. Both pasta dishes (Bolognese and Vodka) were served al dente. The Tres Leches cake capped a perfect evening. The service from the staff was outstanding!
They have kept a consistently high standard. "
