"I was in bad shape after a 7hr road trip and a full day of touring the USS Lexington. Horrible crick in my neck. Elvie fixed me up! And, I'm a big guy 6'2" 300. She didn't concentrate on my neck either. Her full body massage and stretching allowed my neck to relax. Whew! I highly recommend a hot shower, whrilpool, or swimming pool before and after."
