"I called Hamish with a bit of an emergency and a dangerous powerline and although he was busy and couldn't personally help me he gave me great advice and the numbers of 2 trusted contacts to make sure I wasn't ripped off in this situation and I am incredibly grateful for that and will be calling him for work in the future!
