"Oops... I did it again. Waited until I heard the grinding sound of metal when I press the brake pedal in my car. I call LO and they told me to come in. It was already like 3pm in the afternoon. Anyway, these guys consistently do the job well and I can count on their honesty... every time! I highly recommend them!"
