"There were some difficulties with mixups with accession numbers, families and latin names appearing on different signs. Even when all the data entry was on the same excel sheet. Could there be a template that can be filled out and sent to make this clearer?"

"If a customer sends in artwork that will be cropped because it doesn't meet art requirements (which were not provided and were not on the website when the order was placed), it would be good to contact them to let them know that part of the art will be cut off and allow them to modify and resubmit the artwork."
