"Wir nutzen Leapsome um Mitarbeitende in den Betrieb einzuführen, d.h. es werden Lernwege verschiedenster Art eingestellt um eine einheitliche Ausbildung neuer Kollegen zu gewährleisten. Außerdem verwenden wir Leapsome für Eigenfeedback der Leistungen aber auch um Mitarbeitenden zu bewerten und zu verfolgen. Auch Umfragen erstellen wir über Leapsome."

"It was not love at first sight. Even after prolonged use, the user interface problem remains. It does not entice one to use the software. It is not clear. Another disappointment was the impossibility of interacting via APIs to automate processes.
