"I brought my kids today and we had a blast! We played a killer zombie game and I realized how poorly I’d fare in a real apocalypse but slowly caught my stride. My youngest saved the day. The gear was top notch, the staff were stellar, the choice was broad, and we had a great time."

"I took my nephew for his birthday and it was a fabulous experience! I had a lot of questions before booking and the email responses I got were helpful, friendly, and patient. Throughout the actual activity, the experience was just the same. Joshua was super friendly and patient with my young nephew, who had been hesitant about trying VR. By the end of the da..." Read more

"We wanted to try a new kind of date and this was the perfect idea! We came on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all, it felt completely private and the staff was super helpful and understanding. My only regret is that we would have loved to record a video of the games, but couldn't because we were too engaged and didn't want to "waste" our time allocation. Wou..." Read more

"We keep coming back for the fun games, easy to use equipment, and the staff infinitely patient when explaining new games to us. Today was the first time playing a game that can cause motion sickness (Hyper Dash), and oh boy, it DID! If you're coming for the first time, try the games where you're standing in one spot, like Synth Riders (dancing), Ragnarock (d..." Read more

"Brought my corporate team to LevelUp for a first-time 2-hour VR experience. The LU guys were great in getting us acclimated and providing assistance as required. Game selection was fantastic and we all left with big smiles on our faces!"

"This was Incredibly fun! Their time slots go by 1hr unlike most places that charge you for 30m and for double the price. Our very patient host guided us through every gameplay and was nice enough to make sure we understood how to play each game before starting our timer. Really appreciate this as it took about 15m for us first-time players to get used to the..." Read more

They surprised me for my birthday by taking me to Levelup VR Arcade, which is something I've always wanted to try. The staff were wonderful✨️ so kind, and so, so patient when assisting, explaining and helping us out with learning the controls for the games, or to make ad..." Read more

"Great experience. It can be distracting when we hear other players in other rooms, but I enjoyed myself, nonetheless. They have a vast selection of games and highly engaging virtual experiences. I will be going back!"

"I recently had the opportunity to visit LevelUp with a group of colleagues for a team outing, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Although our booking was limited to one hour, the staff courteously extended our session by a few extra minutes, allowing us to complete our digital battle. "We came as a group of 9 and had a great time. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable on how to play all the games and instructing us. We felt supported the whole time and enjoyed the games they had. It’s a bit pricy (~$45/person/hr) but ideal if you wanted to do something special."

"I visited Levelup with my girlfriend. It was our 1st time we faced VR. I didn't expect that she'll like it. But we've got a lot of fun together. Weekdays are cheaper - that's nice. Staff is very helpful."
