"From a great start, it's been a bit down hill from then. I've emailed a member staff a number of times with no reply or acknowledgement. I am still waiting for my new logbook and I don't even know if my old credit company have been payed. So alot to improve on. It feels like they have taken my money and I don't count any more."

"Good part exchange and helped with finance but lacked essential things like no HPI clearance certificate , were giving the car without a service( last service more than a year back ). Sold the car without floor mats and boot mat!"
