"made arrangements for a conference ( zoom ?) call for 4:15. Sat next to my phone from 4PM until 5 pm. Never rang. When I complained I was told they had been calling from 4:50pm and there was no answer. Never apologized for missing the original time. Then they blew me off...I guess business is good, don't need a two battery install."
