"This place had one of the best breakfast plates I've ever had. Get the Mount St. Helens plate with red gravy! Also the staff here is always very nice. This place has great charm."

"I've seen this little spot for along tome. I just never bothered to go in, until today. It was awesome! This is my new go to breakfast/brunch spot. Food was amazing. I ate every bite on my plate. Our server was super busy yet was very friendly. Can't wait to go back ASAP"

"The only place we go for breakfast/brunch. It's homey and cozy, family owned and operated, and they always play rad music. The food is always perfect and fresh and I love their Bloody Mary. The meatloaf with red gravy is my favorite, their toast is buttered and grilled to perfection. Try the jam and hot sauces on every table. Booths fit 4/5 people and one ta..." Read more

"Hey, how can I get a couple gift certificates? Would love to help make sure Midpoint gets some much needed cash while we all hunker down and slow the spread of this virus. I hope others will buy some too!"

"So good! The jam on the table was even good. We ordered the fried french toast because wtf even is that? But it was really good.
Also ordered the chillaquilles scramble was okay but i think chillaquilles made with fried egg on top is superior.
My partner got the chicken fried steak which i liked a lot so i ate his food too."

"I was a bit confused when I walked up and realized it was more a tavern/bar but looked like a diner. The service was good and everyone was really friendly. The food was ok portions were big. The meat in my sandwich was on the dry side but not bad."

"Great place for vegetarians because they have great looking tofu scrambles and a KILLER vegetarian gravy as their standard. I love meat gravy, but would choose this over a meat version any day. Also, the bread for their toast is top notch, tastes home made, high quality, even healthy. But tasty healthy! Super friendly staff, booths, and breakfast cocktails..." Read more

"They have very good food, just disappointed to pay $10 for a breakfast scramble that had canned mushrooms. Canned veggies in Portland is a no no. If your going to charge this price, it should all be fresh. That said, this place is adorable and welcoming."

"The food was good and it's close to our house, but we wouldn't go again because of the service. The front of the house was clearly disorganized and without a system... and it affected everything. Everything was slow from getting a table cleaned off to seat us, to taking our order, to refilling our very empty water, to getting our check."

"Grateful this establishment is a walkable distance from my home- the spicy bloody Mary's are so good you will need more than one. Tasty vegan options and fresh veggies in the scrambles, along with friendly and prompt service."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. My friends and I love to hunt down little spots with great food. I've had the 52nd Ave 3 times in the last week. If you're a breakfast snob like my friends and I are.. this is a must try place."

"I love this place. Great home good cooking...if your mom can cook. When I have friends in town and they want some good breakfast we go here! It's only open in the morning...so that's pretty clear how good it is. The waiters here is super sweet and responsive, there's always a lot people but no real wait. Also, I think they have the best Blood..." Read more

"Thank you again yelp for pointing us towards the right direction. We were in SE looking for a "diner" type place and this was the first thing that popped up. From the outside, it looks so unassuming with as it is in a small strip mall--you go inside and you're transported into this retro/punk/hipster diner that I feel like could be the set of a punk rock mus..."
