"Went to New Grass Farm on 23 April 2021, met Craig and he is awesome. He gave us a tour of his entire farm, we weren't expecting that. Craig is very dedicated to his work and providing super high quality Farm to Table products you will not find in a grocery store. I'll be back!!!"

"Using sample of your pasture-raised "back fat" pig lard, made JEON Korean pancakes from leftover beef/veggie stew solids and fresh coriander. Stew liquid used to make pancake batter. Lard had a very mild smell, great taste. I will be making this dish again, and using New Grass Farms pork lard to cook it. I'm glad to find a clean source of quality pig lard...." Read more

She debuted as a roast chicken for my Thanksgiving, and she gave an encore performance as "chicken essence", a superb bone broth stew with peas and carrots nestled amongst the last of the meat, fortified with whole coconut milk. "We recently purchased half a cow and split it with our adult children. They praised the tenderness and great flavor of the meat. We made beef stew for ourselves. The meat was tender and freat flavor. We highly recommend the meat. The whole process of selecting the meat, working with the processor, and delivery/pick up was easy."

"This beef tastes amazing! I didn't expect the flavor to be far superior to what is available in the grocery store so was in for a pleasant surprise.
