"Slack makes it really easy and natural to keep in touch with the team during work in a remote environment. Also, the integrations are outstanding. Apps can be connected and custom shortcuts can be created within the app. However, there's room for improvement on the thread/reply feature where responses can be missed due to not appearing on the channel."
