"No Bill lives up to it’s name. I contacted Cindy and explained we were moving to Charlotte from Des Moines, IA and needed a new mattress delivered today. Cindy told me that if I arrive by 11:00am, she would accommodate me. Cindy wasn’t working today, however, her extremely friendly, very competent daughter, Alyssa took excellent care of us."
