"I would recommend Paulo for home inspections he has done a good job, Nextday inspection has 48hours turn around time for sharing the report and had to wait for 2 days after the inspection. Would have been better if the report is sent by next day as that can be used as reference in the blue taping."

"Ian was a good inspector. He was thorough and professional. The only thing that bothered me was that he didn't tell me all of the things that were wrong with my condo. He only mentioned 4 things wrong, but in the inspection report there were actually 6 things total wrong with the condo."
