"Usually they are fairly quickly changing out my mounted tires/wheels, but not today. Was told it would be about an hour and a half, it's now been almost twice that."

"I went to get a new tire, which was heavily worn, had to get all four replaced, since I have an AWD. Needed an alignment, I assume, since one of the tires were worn, had to schedule a second appointment since a bolt was stripped, not sure what happened there. Didn't put a cap on the air valve on the tire, had to remind them twice. They've been in business..." Read more
